[New icon request] Add icon for the software Filen

Problem: The app Filen from the cloud provider filen.io does not have a dedicated icon for the system tray on KDE and likely not for the actual app icon (I cannot check this last part).

Suggestion: Add a new fitting icon.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
