* Configuration wizard nearly complete.

 * Did work on configuration wizard
 * Built gem should install using:
   'gem install ada_wetter-1.0.0.gem'
 * Added dependencies:
   * tty-config
     tty-config will allow us to better manage local config files
   * tty-prompt
     tty-prompt provides libraries that make user interaction more pleasant than just p or puts
   * gtk
     gtk allows us to copy requested data to users clipboard and will later be used for the gui to AdaSuite

Add some instructions to hopefully install developmental AdaWetter gem
