[Bug] Timestamp at End of Output Incorrect When Pulling Data from Cache

Describe the bug Timestamp at end of data output is incorrect in cases where data was pulled from cache

Additional context This is happening because the current time is always called when data is fetched, whether-or-not the information is old.
