[Feature Request]Option of display "startup.svg"

If using "Dash To Panel" gnome extension, and if set an App icon. That App icon will show with "startup.svg" at the same time.

If has an option of stop using "startup.svg", that will be awesome!

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
