Package as a flatpak theme

Is it possible to package this theme as a flatpak so that flatpak applications are also themed? At the moment they will default to using Adwaita Light or whatever default theme the distro uses.
Repositories are limited in size now to 1GB. If your repository exceeds this size, it will be automatically deleted.
