The following icons are "missing" from the theme.

/apps/fm-thumb.png - View as thumbnails
/apps/fm-icons.png - View as icons
/apps/fm-new.png - New File Manager window
/apps/fm-compact.png - View as small icons
/apps/fm-details.png - View as detailed list

These are needed in 16, 24, and 48px variants by Raspbian's (latest build of Buster) file manager application.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
