You have the rc file named wrong the Qogir dark circle Aurorae theme You have it named just like regular QogirDark. Therefore it makes both the Qogir-Dark and the Qogir-Dark-circle not show correctly in system settings. Also the wrong name in the meta.desktop file.

Also I think it should be: animation=0 not animation=true

I am not sure about the animation part but I believe that is supposed to be an integer instead of =true and if you are gonna use 0 then I believe you can just remove it all together because I think 0 is default.
