[Feature request / Suggestion] Dashed line on overflowing panels

Hi Vinceliuice,

I really enjoy your theme, it's probably one of the most beautiful ones I've seen out there for GNOME.

There's one little thing I noticed, and that is a dashed line appears on the edge of a container whenever its contents overflow. Can that be changed, or optionally removed? It kind of breaks the smoothness of the theme. I guess it is shown to make scrollable panels distinguishable. Maybe replacing it with a subtle inset drop shadow (or glow?) could be an option, but I'll leave it to you.

Even if you decide not to change it, I'll keep using your theme, it's awesome!
