Titlebar text vertical alignment

Titlebar text vertical alignment is not centered. It is instead aligned towards the bottom.

I have attached an image of what it looks like:

As you can see, the rona1das@zamorak: ~ is aligned to the bottom of the titlebar compared to the buttons.

I tried fixing this myself but I'm not super familiar with editing GTK themes.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
